Best remedy
Remove fuser and reload the fuser assembly. Ensure that it is sitting correctly.

See to it that there is no remaining paper within the fuser assembly.

Take out the fusing assembly and reseat the fuser. Confirm that it is installed properly.

Check the printer power source. Verify that the power source matches printer specifications. Ensure that the hp printer is the only product utilizing the electrical plug.

NOTICE: If the printer fails to satisfy the power requirement of 43 to 67Hz frequency, the fuser temperature control doesnt work properly and this will trigger the fail.

Reseat the adapter (J128) on the DC controller PCA.

If error continues to persist, exchange the Fuser Power Supply Assembly Part number: RM2-7125-000CN.

50.6 Fuser Error

Open fuser circuit (heating element failure)

Best remedy

Take out fusing assembly and reinstall the fusing assembly. Verify that it is installed right.

Verify the connector (J50) between the fuser assembly and Hewlett Packard printer. If the connection is ruined, switch out the connector assembly or the Fuser.

If the issue remains, change the fuser.

If the error continues to continues, exchange the Fuser Power Supply assembly Part number: RM2-7125-000CN.50.7 Fsuer ErrorInformationFuser pressure-release mechanism failure

Best remedy

Pull fuser assembly and reinstall the fusing assembly. Make sure that it is seated properly.

Inspect the gear for releasing pressure of the fuser. If the gear is impaired, swap out the fuser.

Examine the gear for releasing pressure of the fuser assembly on printer side. If the gear is broken, change out the fuser drive assembly.

Perform the sensor test in the sensor monitor mode to inspect that the fuser pressure release sensor is

performing correctly. If it’s not, switch the fuser pressure release sensor.

Perform the fusing depressurization drive test in the actuator drive mode to verify that the fuser depressurization is operating effectively. If it’s not, remove and replace the fuser motor.

Reattach the connection (J79) of the fuser pressure release sensor and the connector (J115) is located on the DC controller PCA.

Swap out the fuser.
